CAMPING!!

I think we just found Jaxon's new favorite thing to do... go camping! He was in heaven... he would fall asleep on the quad take about a 30 min. nap and then wake up saying, "Ride! Ride!" We went on walks, climbed trees, and threw rocks off the side of a mountain. We just played all day long. Jaxon wouldn't take naps in his bed... he would fall asleep riding the quad and take a short nap and be ready to play again as soon as he woke up. It was so fun to see him having so much fun. We had a great time. So did my Dad and the boys. They were sure to take a guys time to ride the quads and rhino every day. They would try and bribe us with dinners and dates so that they could ride longer. I don't know what they did on their rides but they did take a chain saw to cut anything down that got in their way. Boys will be boys!

We had a pretty good scare while we were camping too. The guys were getting the fire ready to cook dinner on and a gas tank caught fire. We are so lucky and blessed that we did not start a forest fire! It was a full tank of gas and luckily it didn't blow up. The only thing we lost was a chair and the gas tank. The scariest thing about it all was the sound in my dad's voice when he told us all to run away from the fire and to leave everything around it. He thought the tank would blow. So scary! We are grateful for prayer.
